I pay for Water, Sewer, Heat & Hot Water - which is the standard in Orono/Old Town.Water - about $150 per quarter so $600 on the yearSewer - about $200 per quarter so $800 on the yearHeat - $4,900 for the past 12 months Like I mentioned, this place is in tough shape system-wise.

If you improve it beyond that standard then the appraiser is going to have a tough time assigning a value and you're going to be at the mercy of whichever appraiser you get.

The cheap money is important to me because I was doing this as my full time job and had employees and 1099 contractors working for me that I'm unable to pay.

They might have 1 or 2 employees and the rest is family so it's simple for them to open back up when the economy starts up again.
