It is always risky to put all your eggs in the same basket.

It's actually very difficult to grow your investment in stocks unless you enter when the market is at a low point so that you can weather the losing years with profit instead of your nest egg.

Take your time to learn the options, take advice form others who have successful investments,  don't put all your eggs in one basket and don't invest what you cant afford to lose.

Retirement accounts are protected from bankruptcy and lawsuits, so even if things go bad with your real estate business, it is nice to have a nest egg in your golden years.

@Brandon Allen Mower just FYI an ozone machine will work but it won’t kill the eggs, so it’s recommended to run it 6-8 hours a day for about a week in order to get the eggs too as they hatch (check me on this but I believe that’s right).
