It is impossible to have someone else invest your money in real estate and $25,000 is a lot to lose, regardless of whether or not you say you don't care and making that statements says a lot since every dollar counts and if you lose that money and save another $25,000 then $50,000 can get you into some type of property you can own and have 100% control of.Don't be pumped up and anxious to jump in, have to cross your fingers and pray that the person you gave your money too will do a good job.

In my experience, I think macro reasons are easy to point the finger at but there's usually some local, smaller issue at hand.

OK, I wanted to run this scenario past you Looking at a duplex (each side is a 3/1) and a decent size with both separate walk-up attic and dry basement.

With the rise of certain politics at play, compounded by a once in a lifetime pandemic (fingers crossed for that once part) and the content-4-profit age much has recently been said and question as to what ownership in Real Estate actually means, is, and where it can be "lost".

Always be carful when looking at sites that are, or were, gas stations, factories, laundry or dry cleaning facilities and other uses that could contaminate the soil.

Fingers crossed that it is the toilet since that means it's a very simple fix.
