Also, it was much easier for me to just make a quick drive over there and unlock it for them so they could continue with the move than it would have been if they would have had to call a locksmith at that time of night and wait around while all their friends/family sat idly by with all their belongings still in the moving truck out front.I can tell you that they definitely appreciated it and I'm glad I did it.

If your experience is pretty thin you can dress it up by mentioning any classes you've attended, real estate networking groups you belong to, stock market investing experience, any relevant work experience, and also who you have on your team (business partners, your realtor, property manager, contractor, accountant, etc.)Let me know if I can explain anything further.
