Where do we go from here?

Is the appeal to having it in/near Tempe renting it out to college students? 

This is for all the 'co-own curious' folks out there.I recently started a project aimed at making it easier and more affordable for people to co-own (and manage) homes together. 

It's money well spent.  

I've had to give several notices to fix or move and they didnt do either.

I recommend familiarizing yourself with the Section 8 program.

I do give discounts on the listing side to repeat clients.

2) Should I have a home inspector take a look at the home to see everything in the home that may have been affected that an adjuster may overlook, or that I may not report because I don't see it?

Do I need to re-apply with the city?
