I'm sure it's something like 21 to 35, then moving up to the mid 40s, and a smaller group 45 to 60, very few are 60+.I've noticed a huge education gap, I'd guess we have members who had difficulty with high school and we have PHD's, MDs, JDs, engineers and others with considerable academic achievements.

You can't manipulate bitcoin either because it's decentralized and they're difficulty adjustments built-in (hard to explain here but there's crazy game theory built into the algorithm.

I would say the difficulty factor to make $2,000 cash per month would be a 6.5-7.5    All of the guru's will tell you RE is an easy way to make money.

I assume the major pitfalls are not doing your due diligence and complying with all the rules involved with notifying effected parties, difficulty collecting payment, and cost/time it takes to foreclose if need be.
