My input would be do be hyped by all the expensive trainings out there although I did attend FlipAdvantage training (Tarak and Christina El Mousa) and learned a lot, but the coaches there looked at our situation and asked "why did you come to this training, seems like you have a plan and the funding to move forward?".

So far, they have been good, it took us 2 weeks to train them for our system, but after that, we just let them do their work and not really micro manage, they are good at that.

Newsflash:  it's not as easy as they lead you to believe.Having said that, it's not hard either, but you do need to know what you are doing, and you need to be properly trained by someone who knows the business and has a track record of having done a lot of deals his/herself.
