Some folks have family in town, therefore they are able to stop by and check in on their properties a few times throughout the year.

So those are the facts about the past (BTW- We did business throughout it) Now w/ respect to the present- In the past recession banks stopped lending.

I’m now selling a couple rentals I bought using direct mail and did the BRRRR method to put that cash elsewhere.Never stop learning. 

I won't go into all of them, but the primary thing was that our kitchen cabinets were basically falling off the wall, the dishwasher stopped working after using it 3 times and the P-trap under the sink was malfunctioning, causing a constant water drip and massive hole under the sink - which they had covered up with a shelf and cleaning supplies.

People that were looking before the crisis didnt stop look, they just had to take a 7 week hiatus 2.

I wait 3yrs until a tax deed so in the meantime how do I stop the previous owner from taking the home from me ?
