Hello All,I am a So California based investor , interested in creative financing and building relationships with lenders and like minded investors.

If you are finding good deals and can pay cash or use a form of creative financing that allows you to generate cash flow every month without relying on future apprieciation then the risk is lowered and you shouldn't fall victim to high interest rates etc...

Has anyone done anything creative when building a drive way in order to save cost and actually creates a nice curb appeal?

Ps The creative buyer's agent I had found, i had established a working relationship with him and ended up purchasing many more properties with his help, so he was getting a good amount of  money each month, even during snow season, when the other agents were starving.

So you want to be very cautious about who you don't to find you as well (this is somewhat of an AdWords 101 tip, but becomes very important the more money you start spending).You can get really creative with geo-targeting your prospects as well.
