I own a 2/2 condo near Woodland Hills Mall in South Tulsa in 74133.I'm not interested in a traditional Long Term Rental.Timeline: Leased on or by April/May 1st, 2023.Target Renter: Travel Nurses/Executive Stays (typically 1 - 6 months) and I'm flexible if the tenant is goodWanting to create a furnished experience for guests.Needs: Property needs some cosmetic changes before I'm ready to rent it out.

If you were doing a lot of the work yourself and are only doing cosmetic fixes (new flooring, cabinetry, counters, appliances, etc.) your 40k might be ok.
