there are many adu companies out there who would provide you the model from builder like champion home or clayton home, and then take care of site work - foundation + pulling all utilities. the lowest quote i have recd is for 146k for around 770 sqft.

I would like to connect with property managers, or management companies in the Milwaukee area.

It would be nice to have that money stay within the company. 

If I were renting out the house to strangers, I would most likely use a PM company. 

Unless of course you grow it to a really large national company which is also possible.

@Charlie Dagas, depending on how large your market is, there might be a wholesale brokerage/company that you could explore and join.

Yes the prob can force it and I think this is a money making scam by mortgage companies.
