Change orders during construction is very common because in many instances things that were not accounted for in the original scope do pop up and when you start opening walls, demoing, etc many surprises can arise.

Is there differed maintenance?

will there be a property management company involved to handle maintenance issues with tenants? 

I used a family member to assist us with any maintenance issues.

The $200 per door # is after taxes, expenses, vacancy, maintenance, property management and mortgage.

The maintenance staff goes out to these properties daily & they send them in to the office staff to catalog, send to owners, make formal estimates, save for evidence in court etc....
