Since the basement will be a play room for the kids, was thinking we probably need a water barrier since it's concrete and some padding for the feel.I do like these planks since it has padding already included, and it's the color I like with a good price. so may just need to put a water barrier underneath it.

@Simon Obas Flips here are almost always quartz in a solid color with very nice backsplashes.

@Taylor Cartledge I used to own and operate two B&Bs of 7 rooms and bathrooms apiece and the best thing we ever did once was buy from a sale with a coupon from JC Penney 4 sets of 12 towels so 48 each and 48 bath mats all of the same color so they were completely interchangeable and if one got ruined there were dozens more.
