I have seen people take money from a 401k , that has limited investment options, and move it to an ira so that they have more control but that is non taxable and I can understand and applaud the strategy. 

Like others have mentioned, a security system, even a cheaper one like a Ring might be beneficial so you can get alerts/and monitor your house on your phone.

Well for one, They will add back non cash losses, like depreciation, back to your taxable income.

In essence, the forgiven funds are taxable, in direct conflict with the Cares Act.

The toner is also more expensive, but when you look at the cost per printed paper it is actually much cheaper.

Would it be smarter to expand out into the surrounding areas like Durham, Chapel Hill (neither much cheaper than Raleigh), Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Garner, Clayton, etc?

The policy is about 2x the price of other regular policies, but I'm curious if you've seen the value or if you've found a better/cheaper solution?
