I am more of a Central Ma person but have viewed my fair share of foreclosures. 

It’s affordable, central and close to major freeways going all directions.

Our central California market is just far too hot right now and there are no foreclosures to speak of due to covid relief.

The multi-family market in central Maine has been diminished to almost nothing.

For the annual growth assumptions what are people using in the Central Florida Area? 

I’m looking at a couple multi family properties in the south central region near Oleander park.  

Presently, I am an assistant director of operations at a Central Fill Pharmacy.
