The RICH Club and The Wealth Club here in Houston both offer different versions of a "Newbie" club / meeting fairly often and that may be a good place for you to meet other new investors in the area.I like to think of real estate in terms of a time vs. money trade-off.

The board does not get direct emails from other home owners, we pay a manager to do that.Outside of making as much noise as possible a german shepherd would be a better investment to keep the landscaper off your wall than making a lawyer rich.

The working man shouldn't be slighted out of money for a down payment for a home from promises of a rich guy that tells you everything a book will, or BP.Whats really great is the opportunity of risk in this country.
