The insurance company wants the lease in the businesses name. 

We had a fire on one of the units, had business interruption and got paid.All markets are different in pricing, a general rule of thumb is around 250 per unit.BestGino

Hi EveryoneI own a 4 unit in Columbus, Ohio and I am a W-2 school psychologist, however, I am expanding my private practice so I am looking for a CPA with experience working with and advising small businesses as well as real estate. 

I've been keeping track of the B2B (business to business) leads that my company has received over the last few months and thought it would be a good idea to share. 

(Off topic, yes, but you are getting into the hospitality business, and as such, need to provide the full experience, from a nicely designed place to stay, to comfortable towels, mattresses and sheets, to a fairly seamless checkout experience.  

It also helps establish the mindset that the rentals are a business.
