We don't seem to have a problem here and I've always used the same code on my lockbox, but you bring up a good point, perhaps there's a group of Codebreakers out there that spend their time figuring these lockboxes out. 

Bringing utilities in is basically the same thing.

As an agent that specializes in working with investors, I personally have multiple agents that know my investment criteria that will bring me deals first because of my established relationship with them.

If you can't bring yourself to do it or don't know how to do it, hire the attorney and let them do it.

Bring them a job and they will saddle right up to you.
