I’ll most likely wait for Q2 or Q3 next year (depending on what the Fed decides in the next couple days), but it’s also dependent on my ability to boost my credit score a little more and save (I just paid off most of my debt, outside of school loans).

Curb appeal should be awesome, kitchen updated and bathrooms updated and you should be presented with professional pictures that the property manager can use for marketing for years to come.Bottom line, the price you pay should be related to the value and product you get.
