Not much else.both of the units use electric heat and the heating bills are alot in the winter months.

Amend your taxes, be honest with the IRS, pay your tax bill, and then revisit. 

I have always paid my bills on time and so my credit score is not terrible (its currently around 690), but my mistakes have strapped me with a ton of negative debt.

You don't mention bills other than the mortgage. 

As long as the bills are payed.

Real estate income covered my bills and I didn't need to work for that anymore.

But after I moved out on 2 weeks they have sent a huge bill I have not even used one of the 2 bathrooms in these 2 weeks they are now charging me a whopping $1800 Saying we need some reglazing of the bathtub. 

I have a 6 months old son and he is my only kid, am planning next year (paying off consumer debts like student loans, medical bills and personal loans at the moment) to start RE investing mainly on rental properties.
