[I would not call all of our investors novices by far since 80% of them are experienced property investors and have existing income properties. 100% of them repeat going on to other NRIA projects with us because our wholesale investment value creation system works and is proven over 650 closed refinanced and rented or sold homes in Philadelphia over the past nine years exclusively.
