Went house hunting in the land of "condos/apartment" living.

They are in an apartment right now.

But more importantly, there are multiple very large apartment complexes being built both downtown and at other major shopping areas.

I have been comparing expenses between my apartments in Berwyn and my apartments in South Bend, Indiana, and I am finding that the lower end units in South Bend are using up a much, much larger percentage of rents collected than my Berwyn properties.

This is for no real reason apart from:1.I applied for 2 business credit cards, one with my local bank and one with Amex.

But you can live in one of the apartments and rent the remainder out.

I just bought a little studio on the beach I'm rehabbing and plan to rent it out as vacation rental and also am looking at buying another one in the same complex as a "strict rehab and sell".

We own an apartment building for seniors. 

My attic has the potential to become a single bedroom apartment (kitchen/living on 1 side, bathroom central in attic, bedroom/living on the other side).The "Total" renovation... as I see it would be the following.Floor #1 - Bathroom is currently 1/2 bath.
