I'd also be hard pressed to say that your entry level price point is pretty close to what you're looking to spend (California is a whole other animal).

In the end, I had to skim coat the wall with drywall mud and sand to get it smooth.   

And that was just to a prospective applicant that wanted to stretch my accepting 1 animal into 2 or 3. 

My biggest concern is other animals accidentally eating the bait if they destroyed the bait station.

One of the worst parts of these homes with kids, is the amount of animal feces that has obviously been there for a while.  

The savings is not worth it especially if you have to apply 4 coats of it.

The don't win the lottery when I die.... sorry.To even suggest that a 90 year old man should have life insurance is insane..... disability and long term care, sure....but that is a whole different animal compared to whole and term life insurance.

If the vinyl was a commercial grade, it could be "stripped" and "re-coated", but this doesn't truly make the vinyl look new...it's more for cleaning purposes.
