Hello BP,This is a problem my parents have run into with their property in Suffolk County, NY (zip 11764).

Looking for investor friendly realtors in the DFW area with specialties in Collin County.

Although we didn't go through him for the purchase of my parents home, my good friend and realtor Ryan Parker (now with Keller Williams On The Water - Sarasota FL) was great for us when we were looking at other houses in the area before I was able to convince my wife to go with our home now.

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Pittston.

Purchase price: $23,000

Cash invested: $45,000

Sale price: $119,000

It would be set by the township and/or county.

But the county tax assessor does show it as 5 units.

@Isaias Boesigo an hour east of downtown LA and you can find decent cap rate rental properties in riverside and san bernadino counties Going OOS is great but only if you can scale five properties in a couple of years.

I'm assuming it's in Bexar County.

I live in western Howard county and not much familiar with these areas.

Does anyone have experience or know investors that work in Gray Harbors County, Washington specifically Hoquiam city?
