VA loans, FDA loans, and FHA Loans.

Hello all,1st time posting in a long time.I have a home i purchased in Columbus, OH 2 years ago with the VA homeloan, that i currently live in.I am looking to fix up minor things over the next year and then rent it out and perhaps buy another home, Am i able to buy another home under the VA Home loan while i have this one, or is there a better option? 

I am also an out of state investor from Northern Virginia and invest primarily in Cleveland.

Whatever loan you can qualify for, if you live in it will be able to use FHA//VA.

I AM NOT FINANCIALLY ABLE TO COMPLETELY AUTOMATE, SO I WILL BE RELYING ON VA/MENTEES TO HANDLE MY COLD CALLING.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO CREATE A EMAIL AND TEXT MARKETING CAMPAIGN TO KEEP THE LEADS FLOWING IN.

I am the one finding the deals, doing the numbers (obviously)  and asking most of the questions, only using my agent to see the house and place the offer.I am looking for property in the Va beach , Chesapeak , Norfolk area in Virginia. 

What do you recommend for a newbie like me.Marketing tools am using: VA, SMS and yellow letter.Looking forward to connecting with all of you and in the future mentor a newbie.Claudia

I'm in Northern Virginia area so the demand late/post summer is still pretty solid. 

They set up fake profiles and I have a hunch they have VA's posting for them in similar groups all over the country, just collecting personal information from people everywhere they can.

Hi, does anyone have recommendation for good brokers, lenders or property managers in the Virginia Beach area?
