In the process of financing an apartment complex it has been necessary to scour my local area banks, credit unions and other sources.What I found in my neighborhood was many banks that are not lending for real estate purposes.

I think there are still a couple surprises coming, but redos.Dems will spend the billions from Soros and unions to attack and play race card where effective.Reps- will come out with a "contract with America" document to stand behind much like with Newt.Time will tell which will work.

Anyway, I have a few rental properties that i picked up using the old military system of moving to a new base, buying a home, then getting transferred after a few years and buying another one (while keeping the old one as a rental.)
