If you own the property in your own personal name (not an LLC or corporation or trust, for example) then you can file your own eviction lawsuit. 

With you and your husbands experience in plumbing I would find a trusted plumber to see what's wrong with the sink and go from there.

The statement from your buyer's report is much more accurate for the situation and should be trusted over what you were told before.

We did not do our DD, we just trusted everything with our Agent (big NO NO ).

I would never think of doing that for a loan that I was trying to sell and it would really lower my trust in a seller that was trying to do that to me.

And it probably helps if you know and trust the partner.

This will of course take some time to structure and you will need trusted and knowledgeable advisors to guide you.

Those are areas that, if they match with good data, are your target markets because you either have more personal knowledge of the area or have real boots on the ground who you trust already.

I wouldn't trust GS as far as I could throw them...... lets see how many people want to take on a 10% APR loan..... :-)
