I would love to connect and get a sense of what you're seeing in Huntsville and or talk shop on the phone.

I am a determined to become a successful real estate investor with an understanding that success in real estate requires continuous learning and adaptation to the everchanging economic environment.In the upcoming months, I will be actively engaging in the formation of a strategic partnership with two to three like-minded individuals, pooling our resources, and vision to embark on a life-changing journey into the world of real estate investing.

Some context would really help, i.e. are we talking about commercial zoned land or residential zoned land, and if we are talking about residential land, are we talking about low density/agricultural or land where you could put an SFR tract or row townhomes or even a dense apartment/condo project?

So, again, I don't know the property or broker you are talking about, but I do know that in real estate, $2mm is next to nothing in terms of capital.

I’d caution you to reflect on how you’re talking to your tenant.

Most banks I’ve talked to require a 6 month seasonal period.
