I'm a single family investor now ready to transition into Multi-family and looking for some good informational resources to get started.

The lender is friends with people at work and he has been a good resource since I pester him with questions every week, I have not met him in person but we talk on the phone a lot.

Anyway, I was tipped off to a possible other opportunity by a guy who did some work for me on the wall heater in the previous SFH.
