. :)It struck me that owning and thus controlling three of three physically conjoined properties—not merely "close together" properties, but wall-sharing—might present some benefits (similar to owning all of one color in Monopoly, though I'm sure that's too simplistic of an example).

If your plumber can play drain auger and figure out what's up then you are miles ahead.I've had similar issues in Toledo (swampland is arguable), determine how the basement has been draining first and foremost.

Please note that my advice was to see an attorney, to call officials and have them make a determination, not to accuse, but relay the facts.I said it sounds like....and, if the attorney is the note holder, I'd bet in such a case he'd hang his broker out to dry.The note, if originated illegally may be worthless.Joe, the applicable laws for OO so far are in the SAFE Act, TILA, Fair Credit Collections Act and state laws that will be similar to all states as to brokering.

Hi, I found a studio on for sale by owner website, seems the price is 50k less than the studio in the same complex, but $20k more than the similar studio nearby, seller says that they are relocating to Europe.

I believe there is a similar type document for non-short sale properties that are undergoing foreclosure.There are certain programs which allow homeowners to stay in home and either rent or buy back.
