Then take a look at your roof, gutters, landscaping, door and window seals, etc.

Trusted my Property Manager to take care of things and install block windows and seal up any cracks that were causing water intrusion.

Living at the property, you can mitigate potential liabilities (ie make sure the snow is shoveled and put salt on the ground).

Stain and seal.

They are pretty good but take what they say with a grain of salt.

Which ever data source you use, take them all with a grain of salt.

Make sure all the windows seal well.Frankly I can't imagine what you could spend $2500 on for just fixing things.  

No construction company is perfect and you would put that in your softcost budget.I was a developmental controller at one point in my life but you can just take my responses with a grain of salt since I wasn't a Construction Controller even though I worked closely with some.

This is my first Subto deal as an out of state investor and I need assistance on sealing this up.
