Does anyone have any content related advice they could give to someone who is actively building their thought leadership platform (and is looking to do their first syndication therefore minimal experience in the MF space)?

It is our biggest present in regards to social media but there are mainly people under the age of 18 so I wanted to see if anyone has had any success on that platform?

Some of the most influential and supportive people I have met on these platforms and learned a ton. 

I’ve tried to learn as much as possible through this platform but I dunno if SFR in OC is best and house hack for first property or start out of state to build momentum with first few properties  like in Austin or Orlando.

All of them are poor and they blame others for their financial problems.This is a real estate investing platform.
