Low credit scores (low 500), unpaid medical bills, a few collection agency accounts, supposedly never late on rent.  

She also reportedly told quite a number of them that she would be their interpreter at medical appointments and if they asked for another interpreter, then they would lose their housing.

I'm glad doctors and other medical providers don't get their degrees and qualifications by simply reading.The next best thing would be to find a general contractor or someone else with that experience and see if he or she can work with you to come up with a good system.

A great supply of guests, usually 1-3 month long stays, comes in the form of just about any hospital or medical research center...

I don't  have to "disclose" to people in a doctor every time a medical issue is being discussed.
