I Have 6 good responses and am waiting on their Resume' and ability to finish project and will update as soon as we have someone that will be a good fit.I want to make sure who ever takes this on is not stretching themselves to thin and can get the project done... undercapitalization in this business can lead to monetary loss's very quickly...

It is a cost effective (although time consuming) way of identifying leads.

I got the lead via a Nonprofit I work with.

I'm considering using TV ads in my local market for motivated seller leads. 

Anyway, although many people have no idea what they are doing, leads them to do dumb stuff which gives wholesaling a bad connotation..

) WOW.......I was amazed at how friendly people were (and nosy) and how willing to chat with me.I listed and sold a property that is now the Fallston Shopping center on Belair Road, lots in Bel Air, commercial properties on Mountain Road (Maryland) and a few small subdivisions to mention a few.While fellow agents sat in the office (playing politics, and waiting for the phone to ring while on floor duty, I was out there walking and talking and getting good exercise, and getting to know people and asking my simple questions and getting leads).

It seems at times we seek to re-live some of the mistakes that lead up to that event but the path and pressure comes from different angles now.  

First, learn all you can about marketing since that is what drives leads...something you will need in order to kick start your investing career again.
