I recently came across a 4-bed, 1.5 bath property that I'm VERY interested in purchasing, with hopes of "house hacking" 3 of the bedrooms to other female college students (I'm also considering using the rooms as AirBnb rentals during school breaks/summer vacations). 

Memphis International Airport and the FedEx hub, selling points to potential auto manufacturers with shipping agendas, is 45 minutes eastward.

As for future goals, it's going to take a lot more cash flow to pay for college, so I'd better double it to $200k per year!

Here's the situation.. we found a great home which can easily become a 4 bed 4 bath close enough to a college so we can rent out two rooms easily.. we have had a job for two years but the problem is that the house is located an hour away from where we work and our lender says this will not look good to the underwriters especially since we don't make so much there (can't claim tips).

however, i went to college for paralegal studies...go to library and use the book of examples given with the corporate book of laws...its what every attorney that i have seen use.

Everything, including gold, real estate, stocks, bonds, international... all assets move in unison.

I'm in the international development consulting industry, mostly working in private sector development/economic growth arena, and fortunate to be living overseas...at the moment, in Istanbul, Turkey.

My goal as of right now is to continue to expand my knowledge and to possibly intern for someone near my area to gain more experience.

I live in a small college town called Canyon texas, the land I am currently looking at is about 5 minutes away from college and plenty of new construction is going up in the area due to a lot more people coming here for college, in my opinion, it is a hot market.

Considering that Newark is 25 minutes from Manhattan and close to an International Airport Hub, the City has seen a lot of redevelopment in the past 10 years.Two particular locations that have seen tons of action, high equity appreciation, and are poised for continued growth over the next ten years are the Ironbound Section, Downtown University Heights, and North Newark near Branch Brook Park in Forest Hill.
