I have been able to pull up info on Price to rent ratio but not Rent to Price.

I will either sell outright or consider partnering.

This is a viable path from a 1031 perspective, but I would encourage you to look into what TIC really means.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy the gym, traveling, and cooking. 

Good point, I guess I am wondering if you frequently see deals that meet the 1% rule? 

But before I did my first purchase I actually lived in one.
