I thought most feedback was negative from the forum here so I thought I would investigate further.

All right, after doing much investigation and research I've decided to start a new property management company(1 person operation).

Hi, I have purchased 6 houses prior to going in to Escrow on a 2.5 acre with a house residential property in Winchester, CA on the border of Temecula, CA (new wine country in Socalif).My Earnest money was stolen and I am trying to find an investor or an organization that I can get a short term loan until the bank finishes their investigation etc. and SAVE THE DEAL/PROPERTY. 

@Rechit-  Looking at both and have been investigating Florida and my home city of Buffalo, NY. 

One thing I would investigate is the disclosures required about people dying on the property. 

The plumber did some investigating into the contracted work hired by the city a year or two earlier and discovered that it was a crushed pipe caused by the contractor while doing unrelated work.

I feel pretty comfortable now being able to scale to probably 8-10 properties with the systems I've got in place.Good luck and as @Curt Smith mentioned...do your homework and own investigating. 

Whatever you decide to do, you should report him to the local RE board for investigation. 

They are doing investigation and telling me it's commercial and not residential.

Just investigating before I make my decision.Either way, I want someone within a ten minute drive from me for obvious reasons.
