lenders who will combine two mortages

I have two small mortgages of 55K and 44K with property values of 180K(Florida) and 125K(new York) respectively. Are there portfolio lenders out there who will combine and refi them.

Yes, but If you combine both mortgage the loan offer may be 5 or 10 year balloon as opposed to refinance as 2 separate loan with 30 year fixed pricing.
