I feel obliged to add something of a landmark; something that will have my name on 50-70 years from now for all the good I have got from Uganda.I also believe undertaking such a project that will employ over 2,000 Ugandans directly and bring in a lot of foreign exchange is a way of giving back to Uganda and its people for the business, support and the warmth they have accorded me.

My very small office did almost 30 million in sales last year, and about 35% of those sales were to foreign investors who bought turnkey properties sight unseen.... so.. flat out, the answer to your question, "Can anyone give me advice on turnkey real estate providers?"

There are so many reasons the owner may want to sell both properties:The properties may be on the same noteThe owner may be using a 1031 exchange strategyThe owner may just want to liquidate all @ once rather than spread it out w/ multiple transactions.
