Hi Everyone,I’m in process of doing a cash out refinancing on my primary (2 Family) home in order to purchase a (4 Family) investment property.The loans are under Fannie Mae and I believe the lender is using manual underwriting.When I look on the Fannie Mae matrix it’s saying 6 month reserves for refi and purchase.My question is do I need 6 month reserves for each loan?
