Good Afternoon Fellow BPers (specifically, those of you in the Chicago market),I know someone who is exploring options of exiting a property.

Outside of my career, I enjoy running (currently looking for a good group in NYC), exploring this beautiful state, and spending time with my fiancé.

Thanks to BP, I've acquired my first out-of-state turnkey rental in Memphis with minimal difficulty, and probably more to come.But I have another opportunity I wish to explore alongside that.

Anyways, as I've been exploring there are definitely better monthly rent/price ratios 1-2 hours outside of LA (riverside, Bakersfield, etc.) for cash flow.
