Hi everyone my name is Byron Friend, I got interested in real estate through my family's manufactured housing community business which owns 700 units in 5 mobile home communities in the Lancaster and Bucks County areas.

I like that area because you have great highway accessibility and you are just off a main route out of the city meaning commuting out to industry and manufacturing jobs is pretty easy, but you still live about 15 mins from downtown.  

I'm struggling to find a reasonably priced insurance policy for a manufactured home in Angel Fire, NM since it is also a STR.
