There is an administrative cost to having multiple companies. this cost is probably greater than you would think. two bank accounts, two sets of books, two tax returns, and no economies of scale by having a larger company.

Assigning a contract is lawful, better done on an individual basis, IMO, but as a business practice, the RE Commission may have a different view.As an attorney, I doubt you want to spend time in administrative hearings with regulators, it's not exactly like court.
