Brian is suggesting this scenario for a non assignable, non sandwich sort of transaction, where the buyer's intent is to purchase themselves (and occupy themselves) - not assign, and not sandwich.If anything, this builds even more confidence with a seller.

You do pay $0.50 a transaction tho but I would rather pay .50 than wait a week for the check to clear.

It sounds like you may be hiding something, I would recommend you dont initiate this process as they will likely look into every aspect of your financial life for any discrepancy.Any transaction over 10k is subject to government investigation and will be flagged.
