Videos ?

I'm looking at a large (19 unit) multifamily property for college housing to buy and hold that is 750k and I love the idea of getting creative with financing but as I was thinking about hard money I realized that with my salary I would only qualify for a loan up to 500k.

He told me he’s a property developer and that I should get my license and he will teach me the ropes when I’m licensed, so I signed up for school few days ago I start November 8th and since then I’ve been watching YouTube beginner videos and I found this podcast, so  I thought I’d post my story.

I have been interested in real estate since college and have done a lot of research between watching Youtube videos, listening to podcasts like Bigger Pockets, and practicing real estate sales as an agent.

You need to do better to teach yourself a whole lot of things, you need used books, articles, videos, and an ability to synthesize a process out of many different things you're analyzing.

Well, appears you failed to require pics & videos in your contract with them. 

@Ivan Aldana I agree with Theresa, but I also think there are some creative ways to purchase properties. 1) Use credit cards to make your downpayment.2) Seller Financing - I totally understand right now is hard to even get an offer accepted, but something to think about it to find a real estate agent in your town and have them run a report on a neighborhood you like.

Meanwhile, I am looking into any other creative options.
