- If you scroll through the calendar 4-5+ months into the future, most listings have entire back-to-back months already blocked off, which I’m assuming has something to do with the host not having uploaded the property’s availability that far in advance?

Hey all,I’m new to this forum so bear with me... it seems like a good tool to use though.I’m looking into getting into subletting various leases for homes thru Airbnb and am curious what everyone’s take on how to find and connect directly with landlords would be.While it would be time consuming, you could isolate the area and homes you’re interested in engaging into a lease agreement with and message those hosts that are already on Airbnb to take over management of the property via lease/sublet combo.

Probably more than you will ever want to know about it.You might also look on your MLS and either do it by neighborhood, price range, length on time in the property, equity or other factors.You've got a host of resources at KW....ask your sponsor, ask your coach, ask your team leader, your broker, or ask the title company reps to help you use the tools in your office or area to pull the list, the scripts to call them, the scripts to door knock them.Good luck and congratulations.
