If a section 8 tenant applies you do your normal background check like anyone else and if they qualify then the local office will schedule an inspection and provide the list of updates, if any, that need to happen.

@Todd GoedekeQRP is a broad term that applies to all Qualified Employer Plans of which there are many: 401(k), Solo 401(K), Profit Sharing, 403(b), etc.There are a few folks aggressively marketing under the label "QRP" or "eQRP" to make it sound like they have created something unique and fancy.

The intent to spell out in vague terms any discounts, concessions, incentives, or credits is to have it apply to all items that the LL includes in the rent or any discounts to the rent because to spell out each individually is not feasible.
