We live in a litigious society & if you own enough assets a suit involving one asset could potentially affect other assets.  

If so, has anyone in the Seattle area used American Bath and Kitchen Refinishers and what were the results? 

I get so sick of it also because this is a capitalistic society in which we live and for the most part people love capitalism....until it threatens their existence or their operations.
