Virtually the same allocated to maintenance/cap expense but Justin has his separated into a few different cells (cap expense reserve, maintenance, landscaping) while I combined mine.

You should manage outdoor maintenance with the same regular landscaping and pool cleaning that the property has been receiving before it was a rental.
