Nothing is wrong with turnover, especially if their is upside involved.

If you provided the wrong ABA that wire could have been held somewhere for a bit and then returned to sender.There are other potential reasons for a delay but before we dive into those first make sure you provided correct wiring information.

Found what was wrong with the property during inspection, had multiple contractors quote remedies, and leveraged it to a large credit at closing that paid for the down payment and a check to us!

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

At this time most multifamily properties in Socal seem to be out of my price range / down payment, but I could be wrong.
